I bought a car from the auction that required a new battery. This lasted about 2-3 weeks before the battery went dead. I charged the battery but decided not to put it in the car until I could get an appointment with a mechanic. On the day I was supposed to take it to the mechanic I put the battery in and tried to drive. I got nowhere. My wife passed me the number to Gracefully Fixed after seeing good reviews on the Facebook app. I reached out and they promptly showed up the next day. After running the diagnostic, it was determined that an alternator was needed. This was on a Friday. GF set an appointment for Monday to come out and fix the car. They actually showed up early Monday and within 2 hours the car was up and running. In a time where we like everything to be delivered, having a mobile mechanic who’s efficient is a big plus. The way that GF conducts business is a blessing. 10 out of 10 for me.

I had Gracefully Fixed perform a diagnostic on my AC in my F-150. It was blowing but not cooling the truck cabin. The mechanic did an awesome job resolving the issue, and pointing out other issues that need servicing, but are not in need of immediate fixing.
